The family that owns the Utah Jazz said farewell to Gordon Hayward with a full-page ad in Friday’s Salt Lake Tribune.
The ad, which was signed, “The Miller family and Utah Jazz,” depicts Hayward looking up at a Jazz logo under a huge headline that says, “Thank You.”
The text reads, “Thank you, Gordon.
“For always giving us your best. We’ve enjoyed your game-winning shots and watching you become an NBA All-Star, and we’re proud of your growth as a husband, father and teammate.
“We wish you and your family happiness and success as you move on with your career.”
