Assistant Managing Editor
As assistant managing editor for photography, Nelson helps determine the visual philosophy of the Globe. She has served as Page One picture editor and director of photography, and currently edits The Big Picture blog. She was part of a Dallas Morning News team awarded the Pulitzer Prize in 1994.
