Stephen Smith

Smith joined the Globe as a reporter on the Health/Science desk, following 16 years as a reporter and editor at The Miami Herald. He became the Globe’s city editor in April 2011. A graduate of Northwestern University, Smith was a Nieman Fellow at Harvard University and a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize.
