Picture Editor
Vermazen is a photographer and video editor for the Living/Arts section. She previously worked as director of photography for New York magazine. An editor of several photojournalism books, Vermazen also worked on Terrence Malick's “Days of Heaven,” and played a zombie in George Romero's “Dawn of the Dead.”
