In the 1600s, Goodwife Ann “Goody” Glover was hanged for accused witchcraft, so it’s only fitting that her namesake Irish pub closes on Oct. 31. Goody Glover’s owner Dan McMyler plans to focus on his other restaurant, Brighton’s Tasca. He reports that a Peet’s Coffee & Tea will move into the space at 50 Salem St. in the North End, where Goody Glover’s has operated since 2007.
