Young ballet dancers competed this weekend for scholarships at the Young America Grand Prix regional semi-finals in Worcester. The dancers, age 9 to 19, came from all over Massachusetts and elsewhere in New England.
The group awards more than $250,000 in scholarships each year to send dancers to schools and dance companies to continue their training.
