Those who hoist the flag

As I looked at the photo on the front of the Ideas section last Sunday, I was struck that only the armed man appeared to be carrying the American flag in the Harrison, Ark., town square as he watched Black Lives Matter protesters (”Change comes to town”).

I think protesters should also carry the American flag. They love the country as much as the armed man, maybe more.
