Former President Barack Obama might have had one of the biggest book releases of the year with “A Promised Land,” but it was former first lady Michelle Obama that had the most popular book of the year at the Boston Public Library. Her 2018 memoir, “Becoming,” was the most checked out book of 2020 from the Boston Public Library.
