A 42-year-old Somerville man was arrested in connection with the carjacking of an Amazon delivery vehicle Thursday afternoon in Malden, police said.
The incident occurred around Main Street and Bickford Road, Malden police said in a statement. The man, whose identity was not immediately released, was taken into custody after a search of the area.
Police did not immediately respond to a request for more information Thursday evening.
