Re “Lightening the load for warehouse workers” (Business, June 20): Worker safety is of utmost importance, and Verve Motion’s “exosuit,” which is designed to make physical labor easier, seems to be a real advance, provided that companies do not take advantage of the technology for their own benefit by increasing the workload per employee to the same level of exhaustion as was achieved before the new technology was introduced.
