Professor: "It is a specious conservative legal theory that says to interpret the constitution, jurists need to focus on what the framers were thinking at the time. Do you know what they were thinking about during the time of the second amendment?"
Snowflake: "British tyranny?"
Professor: "Nope." — Joel Christian Gill

Professor: "When James Madison wrote the constitution, he thought it was perfect, but others like Patrick Henry disagreed. He wanted to codify some rights for states. Specifically, he was afraid of the growing population of enslaved Africans. He was also scared of northerners who were against slavery."
Patrick Henry: "We states need to be able to call up our own standing militia for the protection of our states separate from the federal government. Think of our fellows in Haiti!" — Joel Christian Gill

Professor: "The Haitian rebellion had just happened and the colonial human traffickers were afraid it could happen here. So, they wanted a standing militia to fight the enslaved. The original intent was to protect their tyranny."
Snowflake: "So, what are you saying?" — Joel Christian Gill

Professor: "The 2nd amendment is racist."
Snowflake: "We can't have nothing because of the left."
Professor: "I would say you have clean water, but with this court, who knows? At least you still have some student loan forgiveness... for now." — Joel Christian Gill
