Elena Giardina is a Living / Arts co-op at the Boston Globe. She is a journalism and English student at Northeastern University. She was editor-in-chief of Northeastern’s Artistry Magazine and has written for both GBH News and The Scope: Boston. Elena was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.
