Tyler Foy was a rising junior at Emerson College who joined the Boston Globe through the Sports Co-op in July 2022. Majoring in journalism and minoring in sports communication, he aspires to bring the stories to his readers. Prior to joining the Globe, Tyler was the Sports Editor for two semesters at Emerson’s student newspaper, The Berkeley Beacon. He is originally from Boca Raton, Florida, and loves to spend time enjoying the sun at the beach. He is a foodie and live-music fanatic and enjoys finding hidden gem restaurants and jamming at music festivals.
