Carine Hajjar is an opinion writer and Editorial Board member at The Boston Globe. She previously completed The Fund for American Studies' Joseph Rago Memorial Fellowship for Excellence in Journalism at The Wall Street Journal Editorial Board, where she edited op-eds and covered immigration, crime, and elections. As an editorial intern at National Review she covered immigration at the southern border from Del Rio, Texas. Carine grew up in Milton and graduated from Harvard College where she studied government and economics.
