Don Aucoin is the Globe’s theater critic. He was included on a list of 12 of the nation’s most influential theater critics by American Theatre magazine. He also writes about television, film, and books. A former Nieman Fellow at Harvard University, Aucoin covered city and state government and several political campaigns for the Globe, wrote for the Globe Magazine, and worked as a TV critic and feature writer. He is a coauthor of "Last Lion: The Fall and Rise of Ted Kennedy" (Simon & Schuster). His story on Boston’s race relations was included in the book "Best Newspaper Writing 2006-2007."
