Marianne Mizera

Marianne Mizera is The Boston Globe’s weather editor. She has worked as a reporter and editor for many years at various news outlets, including 20 years as a city editor, breaking news digital editor, and an assistant managing editor at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. She later joined the editorial staff at AccuWeather. A native of southeastern Massachusetts, she began her journalism career in Connecticut. She earned a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University.
