Well the residents of those cities pay far more in federal taxes than the places that actually voted for Trump so maybe they think it's unfair that the liberal states are footing the bill while the Red states get more in federal aid than they pay.
I guess the first question is - can Trump actually do this or will it have to go through a Congressional fight? Next question - I thought that the protections were for civil infractions only - not crimes - and what is the definition of a minor crime anyway? Does it depend on the municipality?

She said all they do is sign up people from other countries right off a plane for MassHealth, EBT, WIC and Section 8. Just like one can send donations to Planned Parenthood in the name of VP Elect Pence, why not send donations to such worthy organizations such as ADL, NAACP, and Bnai Brith in the name of Steve Bannon? Just a thought........
