Critic’s corner: What’s on TV Friday

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon 11:30 p.m., NBC

It didn’t seem possible, but Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake are taking their bromance to another stage. Studio 6B, to be precise. Ever since they first nervously locked eyes at the VMAs in 2002 and became BFFs, these two have been making beautiful music together. Plus some rapping. What will they bust out tonight when Timberlake stops by his buddy’s new place? “The Barry Gibb Talk Show”? Another volume of “The History of Rap”? Honestly, they could probably sit there and play Xbox and it would be good TV.
