Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band performed Thursday night at Fenway Park, the band’s first time back since they played two gigs there in 2004.
Normally, Buffett and his band play each summer at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, amounting to a total of 58 performances there.
But this year, he was coaxed into returning to Fenway, where he said 14 years ago that he may be a good luck charm for the Sox.
“Maybe I am the lucky guy,” Buffett said at the time, the same year the Red Sox won their first World Series in 86 years.
Here are some photos from Buffett’s concert Thursday night.
