Iggy Pop is hitting the road with a very special group this spring in support of his forthcoming album, "Post Pop Depression."
The rock legend will be backed by the estimable collective with which he made the album, due out March 18 and already drawing rave reviews and comparisons to Pop classics like "Lust for Life." The band will include singer-guitarist-producer Josh Homme of Queens of the Stone Age, Homme's QOTSA bandmate and Dead Weather-man Dean Fertita, Arctic Monkeys drummer Matt Helders, QOTSA multi-instrumentalist Troy Van Leeuwen, and utility guitarist-bassist Matt Sweeney, who has worked with everyone from Probot to the Dixie Chicks.
