The current world record, now certified by the Guinness World Records, is 5,545.43 feet, which was achieved with a pneumatic cannon.

Michael Jackson: BAD 25 9:30 p.m., Channel 5


Shamon! Spike Lee directed this look back at Michael Jackson’s 1987 album, “Bad.” Lee, who directed the Jackson videos for “They Don’t Care About Us” and “This Is It,” includes a long list of artists talking about Jackson, including Kanye West, Sheryl Crow (who performed on the “Bad” tour), Stevie Wonder, L.A. Reid, and Justin Bieber.
