    The Rachel Zoe Project

The Rachel Zoe Project  9 p.m., Bravo

I don’t want to drop this major spoiler on you without a little warning. This season, her fifth, Rachel Zoe gets bangs. That’s right, a new look. Also, her husband, Rodger, tells her, “You’re not getting any younger.” Other highlights coming your way: Zoe expands her empire, with a women’s wear collection, a celebrity styling department, and a blow-dry salon.

My Strange Addiction  10 p.m., TLC

Wednesday nights are special. We get to watch people exchange their bad habits and their dignity for a little bit of attention on TLC. We’ve met a lady hooked on coffee enemas, and another one who keeps cleaning her cat — with her tongue. Swigging animal blood, eating deodorant, drinking urine, it’s all here. Tonight, a 19-year-old eats 14 pounds of tires per month, and a 33-year-old who is addicted to vapor rub uses 30 jars, inhalers, and patches every week. People do the darndest things.
