(Comcast Free Movies) After a United States president sexually harasses a Girl Scout, spinmeister Robert De Niro hires Hollywood producer Dustin Hoffman to invent a phony war with Albania and sell it to TV to divert attention from the scandal. Barry Levinson’s political satire is more funny than smug, aided by a light-on-its-feet shooting style and relaxed yet moving performances. (R; runs through June 7)
