Justin Lubin/NBC

Go On 9 p.m., Channel 7

The Truman Show 8 p.m., IFC

Have you seen Spike’s “The Joe Schmo Show,” the reality series that all the contestants but one know is fake? Days of Wine and Roses 8 p.m., TCM

A love triangle.

The Definitive Guide to Aliens 10 p.m., Science

Whole Mars Catalog.

Nikki & Sara Live 11 p.m., MTV

2 broke girls with brains.
