Kitchen Crashers 10 p.m. DIY

I am an absolute sucker for any home makeover program. I spend much more time with the “Cousins on Call” (the ruggedly handsome duo formerly known as the “Kitchen Cousins”) than my own cousins. But I’m a bit leery of “Kitchen Crashers.” Lucky folks are plucked out of home improvement stores and given a new kitchen in one weekend. What a bunch of showoffs. Rich at Night 8 p.m, TVGN

Fashion Police: 2013 Video Music Awards 9 p.m. E!

Cat’s meow.

Toxic Hot Seat 9 p.m., HBO

Playing with fire.
