Rush 9 p.m., USA

Oh “House,” what hath you and your nasty-but-brilliant-doctor wrought? It has been a while since I’ve disliked a show quite as much as I dislike “Rush,” which is about a hot, druggie doctor who helps bad guys go off the grid to fix their medical problems. That sports star who keeps beating his girlfriend to a pulp? A call to Dr. Rush and all is solved quietly. This new show is less appealing than “Mob Doctor,” which I didn’t think was possible. Welsh actor Tom Ellis (right) plays the slick and sleazy medical fixer, who charges big cash sums for his work. The story logic is absurd, and so are the characters.

Pawnography 10 p.m., History

Christopher Titus hosts.
