Breaking Bad Sunday 5 p.m., AMC

If you watched the Emmy Awards earlier this week and thought, “I’m finally going to check out what all this ‘Breaking Bad’ fuss is about,” know that AMC is in the midst of rebroadcasting the critically acclaimed series in big, binge-able chunks. See why Bryan Cranston (above), Anna Gunn, Aaron Paul, writer Moira Walley Beckett, and the show itself walked into the sunset with a load of Emmy gold. Each episode is being retrofitted with short behind-the-scenes clips.

MDA Show of Strength Telethon Sunday, 9 p.m., ABC

The annual benefit for the Muscular Dystrophy Association returns for its 49th edition, filled with music and poignant stories. On tap to perform this year are country favorites Rascal Flatts, Sara Evans (above), and Leann Rimes, R&B star Jason Derulo, and rockers Fall Out Boy, Lexington’s own Matt Nathanson, Bret Michaels of Poison, and family band R5.
