Netflix has finally made some details available on David Letterman’s new talk show. Here’s what we now know:

1. The show will be called “My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman,” and the first episode will be available on Friday, Jan. 12.

2. The first guest really doesn’t need an introduction. It will be Barack Obama. This will be Obama’s first talk-show appearance since he left office.

3. The entire first season of “My Next Guest” will be six hour-long episodes, one per month.

4. Other guests due to appear on the show: George Clooney, Malala Yousafzai, Jay-Z, Tina Fey, and Howard Stern.

5. Each hour will revolve around a single guest, and the interviews will take place both inside and outside a studio setting. The Netflix release says “the conversations are intimate, in-depth and far-reaching.” Will there be tears? Is Dave the new Barbara Walters?

6. Letterman will travel for field segments, where he will dig deeper on a specific topic related to the featured guest. Will Fey’s episode bring Dave back to 30 Rock and NBC?

7. Letterman will have a sidekick of sorts. The former late-night star may be coming out of retirement, but he will be keeping his epic retirement beard. The long, white neck scarf is featured prominently in Netflix’s preview clip.
