DANCE FOR WORLD COMMUNITY Presented by José Mateo Ballet Theatre, this initiative brings together area companies and dance enthusiasts with a range of advocacy and social service organizations to create networks for the common good. The highlight is Saturday’s Performance Festival, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m., which amasses dozens of artists and companies for presentations in Cambridge’s Sanctuary Theatre and on tented stages outdoors in the Old Cambridge Baptist Church parking lot and on Massachusetts Avenue between Bow and Remington Streets.
