Dow posts worst week in a month

The island nation of Cyprus, a banking ­haven, struggled to devise a plan to avoid financial collapse. Oracle reported weak sales. FedEx posted a drop in quarterly profit and cut its annual forecast. As a result, the S&P 500 logged its second weekly drop of the year.
