Analysts say Oracle is being hurt by rivals selling software as a service.

Oracle Corp.’s revenue growth stalled for the second straight quarter, sending shares tumbling on concerns about demand for its business software and online competition. Oracle, however, lifted its profit 10 percent in the fourth quarter, doubled its quarterly dividend and authorized a stock buyback of up to $12 billion. Officials said that while sales rose, they didn’t increase as expected in some regions, including China, Brazil, and Australia.
