Three new tenants sign leases at Boston’s Bedford Building, Jones Lang LaSalle says

Three new tenants have signed leases to occupy a total of 51,000 square feet of office space at the Bedford Building at 99 Bedford St. in Downtown Boston, said a broker involved in the transaction.

The broker is the real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle, which is also the property manager of the building for its owner, 99 Bedford Corp.

According to the firm, 99 Bedford is a five-story 83,741-square-foot Victorian-era office; the building is currently 97 percent leased.

VFA, a firm that provides solutions for facilities capital planning and asset management, will relocate from 266 Summer St. in Boston and occupy 27,000 square feet at the Bedford Building, Jones Lang LaSalle said.

Consulting engineering firm AKF doubles its office space in moving from Boston’s 41 Farnsworth St. to 15,000 square feet of space at the Bedford Building.

TALK School of Languages/TALK Boston secured a 9,000 square foot suite on the first floor of the Bedford Building, Jones Lang LaSalle said.
