Nominate your company for Top Places to Work

Love your job? Think your workplace is second to none? Here’s your chance to spread the word.

The Boston Globe is seeking nominations for its annual Top Places to Work survey, a ranking of the most progressive employers in the state.

Any organization with 50 or more employees in Massachusetts can participate — private or public companies, nonprofit groups, and government agencies. Workplaces that agree to participate will be evaluated by their employees, who will fill out a confidential 22-statement survey covering factors such as leadership, training opportunities, and benefits.

The Globe’s research partner for the project, WorkPlaceDynamics, conducts similar surveys for more than 40 newspapers around the country and last year surveyed nearly 2 million employees.

The results will be published in November, online and in a special Top Places to Work magazine inserted into the Boston Sunday Globe.

Last year, Top Places honored 125 employers across many industries. The top winners in four size categories: Bright Horizons Family Solutions in Watertown; Analysis Group of Boston; Institution for Savings in Newburyport; and ALKU in Andover.

Nominate your company online at www.bostonglobe.com/nominate or by phone at 617-674-2286. The deadline for nominations is May 23.
