A new cable TV sports show -- “NESN Live presented by Cross Insurance” -- is set to debut Monday at 5:30 p.m., said Maine-based Cross, one of the largest independent insurance providers in New England.
Airing on weekdays, the show’s primary hosts will be NESN’s Elle Duncan and Sarah Davis. The show will feature updates from NESN reporters and game-day analysts from many different sports venues, including Fenway Park, TD Garden, and Gillette Stadium. The show will also include viewer calls, fan-generated videos, and text and/or tweet-to-screen features.
Cross Insurance, which now has more than 650 employees in more than 35 offices throughout the region, relies partly on sports marketing to generate awareness. It currently serves as the official insurance broker of the New England Patriots, the New England Revolution, Gillette Stadium, the Boston Red Sox, the Boston Bruins, the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, the Providence Bruins, and the Portland Sea Dogs.
