Boston document storage giant Iron Mountain Inc. is expected to complete its $2 billion acquisition of Recall Holdings Ltd. on Monday.
The companies won approval for the deal last month from the US Department of Justice, on the condition that Norcross, Georgia-based Recall sell off some of its records operations, in cities where the the two companies are among the three-largest providers. The transaction is still under review in the United Kingdom.
Iron Mountain chief executive William L. Meaney called the deal an “important milestone” for the company, expanding its global reach.
