Some Comcast customers in Boston lost their TV, Internet, and phone service early Monday while the company conducted routine maintenance, a company spokesman said.
A company spokesman said he did not know how many customers were affected, but said it was “some of our customers in Boston.’’ The spokesman said some people were without service for as little as 20 minutes and that the maintenance work was conducted between 1 a..m. and 4:30 a.m.
“We apologize to our customers for any inconvenience early this morning,’’ the spokesman said. “The service interruptions were connected to regularly scheduled maintenance.’’
The service was fully restored by 4:30 a.m.
