Do you have nearly half a million dollars to spend but nowhere to stash your car? You’re in luck.
A pair of tandem parking spots are up for sale in the Back Bay for $425,000. The brick-paved spots are located just a block or so away from the Public Garden on Commonwealth Ave., and measure 200 square feet.
While $425,000 sounds like a lot of money, consider this: A pair of tandem spots on the same street sold for $560,000 at an auction in 2013. And they were paved with asphalt.
In fact, several parking spaces in the Back Bay have fetched prices in the six figures in recent years.
