A look inside this year’s high-end models

Look now, because unless you’re rich, you may never again get to see what it looks like inside one of the multimillion-dollar condos springing up around Boston these days.

Actually, many of these fancy homes aren’t finished yet, so you’ll be viewing the next-best thing: a model unit. There’s an art to staging these high-end condos — sometimes off-site — from their gleaming kitchens and bathrooms to the jaw-dropping views many of them promise (often shot by drones). The models are fabulously appointed — check out the sumptuous couches and fireplace at the $6 million model unit for the super-luxe 61-story condo tower known as One Dalton — making it easier for well-heeled potential buyers to imagine themselves living in the lap of luxury.
