Armonia cocktail recipe

Makes 1 cocktail

To make 1 ounce of chili-infused Campari, add a sliver of chili pepper to the measured liquid. Cover and leave for 24 hours to steep; remove the pepper.

1 serrano pepper, cored, seeded, and chopped

1 ounce chili-infused Campari

1½ ounces bourbon

½ ounce sweet vermouth

2 dashes whiskey barrel-aged bitters

Strip of orange rind

1. Place the pepper in a square of cheesecloth and secure tightly. Put it into the Campari and set aside for 24 hours. Remove the chili and measure 1 ounce of Campari.

2. In a glass of ice, combine the Campari, bourbon, vermouth, and bitters; stiirstir well.


3. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange.
