There will be deals galore Friday and Saturday for Andover’s annual Boutique Blowout. Many downtown shops will have sales from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days; a big warehouse sale at the Old Town Hall (20 Main St.) from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday will also feature sale items from some of the participating stores. Markdowns will include Cape Cod-themed jewelry and new spring goods from Nest; Alice + Olivia, DVF, and other designer duds from Dresscode; and boxed stationery, gourmet food items, and tableware from Soirée. The Fashion at the Fox pop-up sale returns to the Fox Library in Arlington Friday night and Saturday. For the price of a movie ticket, you may be able to pick up a new outfit. Find rack upon rack of contemporary and vintage women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories from a range of brands (Gap, Ann Taylor, J.Jill, Free People, to name a few), with separates and shoes selling for around $4, suits for $5-$8, and jewelry for around $1.50. Home wares will be on offer as well. Sale proceeds benefit the Friends of the Fox Library. The sale happens from 5-9 p.m. Friday and 1-6 p.m. on Saturday at 175 Massachusetts Ave., East Arlington.


Sister stores Blackstone’s of Beacon Hill and Reflections are having end-of-winter sales with items marked down 50-70 percent. At Blackstone’s, find discounts on Luminara candles, Baggallini totes and purses, Built NY cosmetic bags, and more. At Reflections, markdowns include Baabaazuzu mittens, hats, and scarves; Oka-B ballet flats; and select pillows from Marshes, Fields & Hills. The Orange Hanger hosts a trunk show for Boston-based jewelry line Bliss this Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. Colorful, nature-inspired pieces blending gemstones, pearls, leather, and metal will sell for 50-80 percent below retail prices.
