If you need to chill on a hot day, these refreshing summer cocktails are the perfect way to stay cool.

Makes 1 drink

1.75 ounces Ghost tequila

.75 ounce fresh lime juice

.75 ounce cardamom-infused agave syrup

5 basil leaves

Ginger beer

1. Muddle the basil leaves in a cocktail shaker.

2. Pour all the ingredients in the shaker with ice except the ginger beer.

3. Shake vigorously and strain into a collins glass.

4. Top it with the ginger beer.

5. Garnish with basil sprig and dehydrated lime wheel.

1.75 ounces bourbon

.5 ounce Jagermeister

1 ounce fresh lemon juice

.75 ounce saffron honey syrup

1 egg white

1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and dry shake for about 10 seconds.

2. Add ice in the shaker and shake vigorously.

3. Double strain into a coupe glass.

4. Optional: Garnish with edible printed lobster garnish and atomized spray with ocean mineral mist on a bamboo leaf.
