Pick up your chocolate treats the same way you get your farm share

Handout

You don’t have to be young to feel like a kid in a candy store. Imagine how it would feel to bring a little of the candy store home every month — especially if the store is EHChocolatier, the Somerville-based artisanal company. The chocola-tier started selling its handmade confections using a Community Supported

Agriculture model. This is Community Supported Chocolate; customers buy a pre-paid membership and receive treats on a monthly or bimonthly basis (full season runs from October to March; half season from October to December or January to March). The base cost is $20 per pickup at locations in Arlington, Belmont, Boston, Cambridge, Lincoln, and Somerville. Assortments might include pecan clusters, caramels, chocolate chews, and a rotating assortment of other bonbons. You’ll never be out of chocolate when you go to find it late at night.  For more information go to www.ehchocolatier.com.  ANDREA PYENSON
