Spill all you want, then use Scrubby to mop up

For the spills and splashes that are as much a part of cooking as chopping, Now Designs makes Scrubby dish cloths. The 10-inch squares ($7 for three) are mesh polyester on one side for cleaning countertops and surfaces, absorbent cotton terry on the other for wiping them dry. The cloths can also act as a non-abrasive scrub on baking pans. The striped and solid cloths come in assorted colors, including a cheerful peppermint red and white. After using, Scrubbys dry quickly and can go in the washing machine. Think of them as extensions of your hand.
