Recipe for ginger dressing

Serves 4

6tablespoons soy sauce
tablespoons rice wine vinegar
Juice of 2 limes
2tablespoons water
2tablespoons sugar
1piece (1 inch) fresh ginger, finely chopped
½teaspoon crushed red pepper
1tablespoon toasted sesame oil

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice, water, sugar, ginger, red pepper, and sesame oil.

2. Set aside for 10 minutes for the flavors to mellow.
