|Olive oil (for sprinkling)|
|Salt, to taste|
1. Set the oven at 375 degrees. Have on hand 1 large rimmed baking sheet.
2. With a serrated knife, cut the bagels into thin rounds. Line them up on the baking sheet and brush sparingly with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.
3. Bake the rounds for 10 to 15 minutes, moving the pieces on the outside rim to the center, or until they are golden. Serve with the salmon dip.
