Long-awaited Cambridge restaurant BISq (1071 Cambridge St. at Webster Avenue), from the team behind Somerville’s Bergamot, plans to open this weekend. Share dishes like Peruvian grilled chicken livers, red-wine-poached bone marrow, barbecued shrimp toast, and an assortment of sausages at the 49-seat spot. The name is short for Bergamot Inman Square.
