But there’s another local tradition that honors the patron saint — a corned beef and cabbage burrito from Anna’s Taqueria. Tender slices of salty corned beef and melted cheese with a heap of steamed cabbage, carrots, and potatoes, a slather of mustard, topped with beans and rice and add-ons, like guacamole or salsa, are stuffed inside a tortilla ($6.75).
