Citrus spritzes, straight from the source
The Lékué Citrus Sprayer delivers a mist of juice straight from the fruit. A lemon or lime, or even a grapefruit becomes the container. Roll the fruit (best at room temperature) a bit to loosen the juice, and then slice off its tip. Twist the sharp end of the sprayer into the fruit and pump a few times to dispense a spritz of citrus to enliven a salad, grilled fish and seafood, a cocktail, or really anything that benefits from a little acidity. Pits stay in the fruit. Each pack contains two: one for smaller fruits, like limes or tangerines, and another with a longer stem for plump lemons, grapefruits, and oranges. Dishes are included to rest the fruits on the table or for storing in the fridge for a few days. Now you’ll be spraying instead of squeezing ($15).
