The Dropkick Murphys spent much of Tuesday promoting their new album, “Signed and Sealed in Blood.” Band members visited various Newbury Comics locations throughout the afternoon, and then regrouped for an album release party and performance at McGreevy’s, the Boylston bar owned by Dropkicks frontman Ken Casey. The band plays gigs in Ireland this weekend.
