Eddie Izzard wins Humanism award at Harvard

Actor, comedian, and nail polish enthusiast Eddie
Izzard
(above) accepted the sixth annual Outstanding Lifetime Achievement Award in Cultural Humanism from the Humanist Community at Harvard on Wednesday night. Past winners have included writer Salman Rushdie and “Avengers” director Joss Whedon. The event was held at Harvard’s Memorial Church, where Izzard talked about religion, or the lack thereof. Izzard was introduced by Humanist Chaplain at Harvard, Greg Epstein.
